Order Processing and Delivery Time

We process orders mostly within 24 hours, average processing time is 1-3 working days, and once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the package. The average delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping process.

We work directly with the supplier, which means the wait time for your order may be a bit longer. This allows us to save costs and offer the best affordable prices to our customers. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of quality products.

Delivery When Not Home or At the Post Office

If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Guizamo has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct £15 from the refund amount.

Defective and/or Incorrect Product?

We are sorry! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transport, or an incorrect product may be delivered. In such cases, we will always provide a new package free of charge the first time and cannot offer a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount.

Lost Package / Returned Package?

In case a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
